1) This is an 80kw generator furnished and installed by Commercial Power Systems at Andrew Terrace Apartments in the City of Rochester. We replaced a 35 year old Onan generator that was located in the basement.

2) A close up view of picture #2 - 80kw Generac generator. The lighter color generators are getting positive feed back from our customers.

3) Another newly installed 80kw, 3phase, 277/480v Generac generator. This is a whole building transfer with an 800amp HTS transfer switch installed. This customer site has frequent flooding that's why the generator is installed on a 14" high steel skirt.

4) Installation of a 60kw, 3-phase generator for Lake Beverages and another happy customer Robie Ratliff. The new model 60kw no longer has the exhaust stack and the updated color looks great.

5) This is the natural gas mechanical work required to correctly support a recently installed 100kw Guardian generator. The concrete pad was designed to accommodate this work. Remember, gas pressure required is 11"-14" WC! |

6) Notice the two natural gas regulators, one is the primary and the other is the secondary regulator. The regulator on the left is directly from the utility supply and regulates this pressure. The regulator on the right "fine tunes" the pressure for optimum generator performance under any load. |

7) A recently installed Generac 400amp, 3-phase, 120/208v transfer switch. Notice the 400amp fused safety switch installed on the line side of the switch to provide overcurrent protection for the transfer switch. This is a typical installation method.

8) 400amp fused safety switch installed before the Generac transfer switch. Again, this is required to protect the transfer switch. |

9) Through the transfer switch, a MDP or main distribution panel was installed to distribute building loads. See pictures #9 below of what was existing. What a mess! |

10) A finished install of a 100kw, Guardian Elite, 3-phase, 120/208v generator. |

11) When making final terminations to the generator, sometimes it works better if the generator can be suspended to train the current carrying conductors into place. |

12) Again, notice the concrete pad is off-set to support the natural gas mechanical work. |

13) This was the old 400amp electrical distribution system removed for installation shown in above picture #9. Another professional installation by Commercial Power Systems |

14) Two Generac, 480v, 200amp transfer switches paralled together powered from one 60kw generator.

15) 60kw, 277/480v, three phase generator install, model QT06024.

16) Another 60kw, three phase, 277/480v generator installation. More and more customers are relying on Commercial Power Systems to design, execute and maintain there business critical systems.

17) Close up of a 60kw, QT generator installation by Commercial Power Systems. Notice the gas regulator installed before final entry into generator. This is to assure consistant natural gas pressure during heavy loads.

18) This is a 25kw installed to support the adminastration building of St. Josephs Villa in Rochester, NY.

19) The above 25kw generator is used to support two transfer switches paralled together to support two emergency distribution panels. All this work was engineered, designed and installed by Commercial Power Systems.

20) The above 20kw generator model #5525 was installed on a very steep grade requiring HPS to install on a 6"x6" pressure treated platform. All gas a electric are installed underground to the generator. This generator was installed for the Rochester Colon Surgeons Association.

21) Another 20kw air cooled generator installed to support a Doctors office building. Most times you do not need a large liquid cooled generator to support your business critical needs. Most times an air cooled solution is the answer.

22) This 100kw kw, 3-phase, 277/480v Generac generator was installed for Victor, NY Town Hall. Commercial Power Systems supplied the generator and provided startup and commissioning services. We also provided installation guidence for the electrical contractor and and mechanical install companies.

23) A close up view of above picture #22. Another clean and professional install by Commercial Power Systems.
