Home Power Systems 1000th Generator Install!

"Where do we start? My wife and I had a generator installed by another contractor that also does water systems. It was an absolute disaster! From the hard core sell tactic to the unprofessional installation to the generator never working correctly, it was a nightmare form the beginning. We finally received help from the Attorney General and had the generator removed from our home. During this dreadful experience, we obtained professional assistance and guidance from Home Power Systems. They assisted us with an on site installation compliance report pointing out the defects with the original generator installation and guiding us to be patient with the process of eventually getting our money back from this contractor.
Once the generator was removed, we had Home Power Systems install a new 14kw Guardian generator in our home. What a difference in professionalism. The physical installation was done with the use of special lifting devices and the owner Jim Swetman stopped by twice to make sure everything was going well. Come to find out, we were also the 1000th install that Home Power Systems installed.

When the generator unit I ordered did not arrive on it's estimated date, you and your staff were very prompt in returning my calls and cordially assisted with information to help track the unit's whereabouts.
