GENERATION POWER LLC ACQUIRED BY HOME POWER SYSTEMS
Generation Power LLC, was acquired by Home Power System, the Merger/Acquisition was completed on March 6th, 2009. Several companies were looking to acquire Generation Power, however of the companies, Home Power Systems was the best fit and the perfect candidate to ensure Generation Powers’ existing customer base would continue to receive the level of service they had become accustom to. “I needed to know the company would continue providing exceptional service to Generation Powers existing customers, and I felt that comfort with Home Power Systems” stated Jay G. Bernhardt founder and former owner of Generation Power.
Generation Power LLC, Liverpool, NY, founded in May of 2004, sells and installs Guardian/Generac commercial and residential emergency back up generators.
Home Power Systems is a Premier Guardian/Generac dealer headquartered in Rochester, NY. They are the Largest Dealer in New York State.

The newly formed company combines the number 1 and 2 largest Guardian Dealers in New York State to form a company that will be in the top 5 in the nation.
Tim Richardson (Sales Manager) of Generation Power has remained with the company and will oversee operations in the Syracuse market.
